The SHOSO line is characterised by improved controllability and delicate but strong sharpness, as indicated by two Japanese Kanji characters expressing technical capability and creativity. Meeting all expectations of the changing market is one of KAI’s most important challenges. The SHOSO range offers a different geometry and technology for stab and slit knives, specially designed for short palpebral fissures or deep-set eyes.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The angle is 2.0 mm closer to the tip, improving controllability when approaching from above, which is especially useful for patients with short palpebral fissures or deep-set eyes. The guiding line 2.0 mm from the tip facilitates tunnel formation, and the blade width is easily visible on each blade. During incision, the point of load comes close to the handle axis; force is transmitted more efficiently, thus achieving the desired movement and improved sharpness. With their obtuse angle, SHOSO Slit Knives can create an inner valve incision shape square which leads to better self-sealing. Forging technology improves rigidity and paracentesis strength. Excellent cutting performance made possible by special finishing. The anti-glare finish prevents reflection in surgery.INTENDED USE
